Hey guys, if you're active on youtube and watch a lot of people's videos then you probably know the issue we have with fair use. Youtubers getting claims and strikes or even getting their video and/or entire channel taken down for no reason at all. The people that make the mistake to claim something when the youtuber's video was fair use don't get penalized in the slightest. People who make a living off of youtube have a lot of problems dealing with false claims and trying to fight them, waiting and hoping that their channel stays strong while the other side doesn't have to worry about a thing.
